Do carers need a special phone?
No. Any Android or iPhone from the last five or six years. The app opens from a web link and can be added to the home screen. Nothing is installed from an app store and there is nothing to update.
What if a carer has no signal in the house?
Everything works offline. Check-ins, tasks, notes and medication records are kept on the phone and sent when it reconnects, with the real time preserved.
How long does switching take?
About a week. You send us your current people and carer lists as spreadsheets, we import them, you check them, and we train your office on a video call. Paper plans are entered as the first assessments are done.
Where is our data kept?
On servers in the United Kingdom, encrypted, with encrypted nightly backups kept for thirty days. Each company's records are separated at the database level. We are the data processor; you remain the data controller, and a data processing agreement is part of the sign-up.
Is there a contract?
Monthly. You can stop at the end of any month and we export your records for you.
Do you work with services in England?
The system works anywhere in the UK, but the incident and notification rules are built for the Care Inspectorate in Scotland. We would talk it through on the demo before you commit.
